Review

- Balance-sheet accounts supported by schedules
- Accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and correcting entries recorded
- Cash position and near-term obligations reviewed
Report and act
- Income statement, balance sheet, and cash-flow information issued
- Material variances and KPIs explained in plain language
- Open questions assigned to an owner and due date
- Next-month cash, collection, cost, and operational priorities documented
